CROSSFIT WITH A PURPOSE
CrossFit is Constantly Varied, Functional Movement, executed at High Intensity. We are a community of like-minded individuals working toward the common goal of health, wellness and fitness. In 2014, we started Crossfit DT1 as a platform to raise funds with the mandate that a percentage of gross revenue would be given to directly to DT1 Charities. Most importantly, we want to help families struggling with this diagnosis and provide funding to research organizations that are focused on finding a cure.
Through education and professional guidance, we present the opportunity for anyone to reach their goals no matter their background, fitness level or competitive aspirations. Our 60 Minutes classes are broad, general, and inclusive, preparing you for the challenges of everyday life and/or competition.
Elements is a 6 class program introducing the fundamentals of CrossFit. Perfect for the beginner or anyone who has never done CrossFit movements before. Elements is a fun and motivating program that helps eliminate the aprehension or fear of starting a new exercise program.

I joined DT1 three years ago. Why did I join? I have always been active (skateboarding, running, mountain biking) but became bored with the ordinary gym routine - working out alone without a plan. Why have I stayed? - the members and the coaches. The workouts are hard but the group pushes each other. We make it fun and there are no egos. All levels of fitness are welcomed and encouraged. The coaches are smart and teach proper technique and how to safely get fit. The combination of members and coaches at DT1 is rare.
When my previous gym closed down a couple years ago I was a little nervous about making the change to Crossfit DT1 but it was one of the best decision I’ve ever made. Crossfit DT1 has the best coaches and the most awesome group of people to workout with. The workouts are fun and motivating and they have other offerings as well such as run club. This helped me to stay fit all throughout my third pregnancy. I now realize that being strong is so much better than the numbers on the scale
